This is a small, custom processing plant with a highly loyal client list. All beef is aged for a minimum of fourteen days, broken down, processed and packaged with USDA mark of inspection. The facility includes corrals with water and feed troughs for overnight storage, a sorting barn, alleyway into the facility, dispatch table, initial breakdown area, overhead trolley system, processing and packaging area, aging cooler, storage cooler, quick freeze and freezing storage room, administrative offices and USDA inspector office, parking and retail sales area.
